Do you work with a gallery? Are you open to collaborations?
Redin has been in juried exhibitions in the last year and she is always excited to work with galleries. She is also open to exploring collaborations and future art installations. Contact Redin if you are interested in representing her artwork or for future exhibition possibilities.
How do you ship your paintings?
I use high quality materials to ship your painting to you. Maintaining the archival quality of the paintings are important so every painting is wrapped in a layer of glassine paper first before any other packaging. All paintings are tracked, insured, and require signature confirmation.
Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes! Payment plans can be set up on any original art paintings. Payment plans are available for 2, 3, 4, or 5 month plans. There is no interest on the payment plan. To set up a payment plan, simply email us at email@example.com with the name of the painting you would like to put on a payment plan, how many months you want your payment plan to be set up for from 2-5 months, and your postal/zip code. A contract will be sent to you that details the payment plan which will state the amount due each month. All payments will be made through Square invoicing, a secure payment site. Once the painting is paid off in full, we will ship the painting to you.
What is your return policy?
Please make sure to inspect your box and painting for any shipping damage immediately. Contact me if you have any concerns about your painting. I ask buyers to carefully look over painting dimensions and request further pictures if you are uncertain about a piece before purchasing. We are here for you for any questions you may have and can send you more pictures and video if need be before purchase. If you need to return a painting, please contact me within 3 days of receipt. Paintings must be mailed back in original packaging. I highly recommend making sure you track and insure the return of the package. A refund minus shipping cost will be sent after the painting is inspected for any damages. Again, we are here to answer any questions you may have for an artwork as we want you to be fully satisfied with your choice before we ship the painting to you.
